It's Never Too Late to Change Your View Tag

It's Never Too Late to Change Your View tag
Made this mini tag for the colleague whom I made this card earlier. As that card is meant for 'From All of Us', I made a mini tag to tag along with my farewell gift to her. Actually, she is going to leave end of the month due to 'organization restructure'. However, she managed to find a job in another subsidiary company. Thus, she decided to stay with the company but in different subsidiary and location and let go of the 'quite good' compensation.

CAS(E) This Sketch #69
The tag is so tiny that I almost out of idea how to decorate it. Luckily, CAS(E) This Sketch #69 has a very simple sketch that fit for the mini tag.

It is so easy and simple that I only need to stamp thrice! Firstly, I stamp the first glasses at the top of the tag, just below the hole. Then, the sentiment is stamped. I just like this sentiment so much because it is just so fit to this colleague's situation. Finally, the second glasses is stamped at the bottom of the sentiment. Exactly as in the sketch!

As final touch and to add a bit of dimension, two (2) yellow gems are added to both of the glasses frames. Then, a pink twine is secured to the tag.

Fireflies Look on the Bright Side

Fireflies Look on the Bright Side
Another mini card for a colleague who is leaving end of the month due to 'organization restructure'. I made a mini card because I am going to insert the card into a transparent gift pouch together with the farewell gift. I hope the sentiment would bring some new lights and hopes to her because she been working for the company for 15+ years and in the end, she got retrenched. She says that this is her first job since her graduation. I know it must be hard for her.

Pals Paper Arts - PPA196 - A Sketch Challenge
I adopt the simple sketch from Pals Paper Arts - PPA196 - A Sketch Challenge as shown above.

Close-up : Gold embossed 'glow'
A black card stock is die cut and stamped with the firefly 'glow' using Versamark ink. It is later embossed using gold powder. The black card is attached onto a yellow card base as in sketch. The excess of the black card is trimmed off. The yellow card base is corner rounded on the top and bottom right corners. I choose a yellow card base so that it would match the sentiment - 'on the bright side'.

Close-up : Customized sentiment
The sentiment is customized using alphabets in which stamped on a light yellow die cut fishtail banner. The edges of the banner are distressed to bring up the sentiment.

Close-up : Glossy accents on the firefly 'glowing butt'
The fireflies are stamped on white card stock and colored using Copic markers. It is later die cut using the matching dies. It is attached into the embossed circle using pop dots. The fireflies' tails are added with glossy accents to bring some shinny.

Bee Happy

Bee Happy
Made another mini card for a colleague who is leaving end of the month. I made a 3"x3" mini card because I am going to insert the card into a transparent gift pouch together with the farewell gift. I hope the sentiment would cheer her up as she is not very happily working in the team due to some issues. I hope she found a job that she happy to work into.
