Ta Ta For Now

Ta Ta For Now
Made another mini card for a colleague who is leaving next Friday. But since I do not meet her much, I would like to give the farewell gift to her earlier since I will be meeting her in the morning.

CAS(E) This Sketch #68
I adopt the sketch from CAS(E) This Sketch #68 as shown above. The colors and patterns are inspired by the Paper Crafting Journey Challenge - Photo Inspiration shown below.
Paper Crafting Journey Challenge - Photo Inspiration

Close-up : The polka dots fishtail banner
A polka dots pattern paper that almost similar to the color dots in the photo inspiration is die cut. As the umbrella in the photo inspiration is transparent, vellum is used in which this is my first time using vellum in my project. The vellum is die cut as well. They are attached onto a red flower embossed card stock as in sketch which later attach onto a green card base.

Close-up : Speech bubble and sentiment
The speech bubble is stamped on a yellow card stock with the sentiment. It is trimmed and attached onto the fishtail banners as in sketch using pop dots for some dimensional.

Close-up : Yellow and white gems
As final touch, both yellow and white gems are randomly attached onto the visible center of the embossed flower.

Dimension : 7.62cm x 7.62cm or 3" x 3"
Type : Horizontal fold
Inlay : None
