Payment and Delivery


Payment

We are please to inform that we accept Online Fund Transfer, Interbank Transfer (GIRO), ATM Transfer, Cheque Deposit, Cash Deposit Machine and Direct Cash Deposit to our bank account number.

Please fill up the payment update form here after payment is done so we can process and courier out your package soonest possible or include your order into the earliest pre-order batch. Please also screen capture your transaction successful page and attach it together in the payment update form for easy reference. Any failure to comply to this request, it might result delays in delivery process.

If you are using Online Fund Transfer, please fill in our e-mail address, msgkeeper@gmail.com in the '3rd Party E-mail Address' field in order to assist us on payment verification process.

For Cheque Deposit, Cash Deposit Machine or Direct Cash Deposit done outside Klang Valley area, please include RM0.50 of inland exchange commission to the total payment including courier charges.

For Cheque Deposit method, delivery of parcel will only commerce once the cheque is cleared. We do not entertain any request for early delivery if the cheque is not cleared.
Delivery
Delivery for Card(s) Only
All cards will be delivered via Pos Ekspres only unless stated in the product description in case we need to use other method of delivery.

Courier and handling charges for Pos Ekspres are as per below :
RM4.00 for 22.9cm x 16.2cm Pos Ekspres envelope
RM3.50 for 22cm x 11cm Pos Ekspres envelope

In case you would like to use other method of courier such as Pos Laju, registered post or normal post, here are the courier and handling charges :

RM10.00 (below 500 gram) for Peninsular Malaysia
RM20.00 (below 500 gram) for Sarawak and Sabah

Registered Post
RM3.00 for Peninsular Malaysia
RM4.00 for Sarawak and Sabah

Normal Post
RM1.00 for Peninsular Malaysia
RM3.00 for Sarawak and Sabah

We only send out parcels on Monday to Friday except Public Holidays. We suggest that buyer make the payment a day before courier days stated above to avoid any delays in the courier transition. Please note that payment received in between the courier days (example Tuesday), the parcels will be couriered the next courier days.

All parcels will only be couriered out after the full and correct payment is received. Shipping notification via e-mail and tracking number (if any depending on the courier method) will be provided for your reference.

Please do allow time frame at least two (2) to three (3) business days for delivery after you have made your payment.

Please do inform us via e-mail immediately with your tracking number (if any) provided to you earlier if you do not receive your parcel after five (5) days from the date of your shipping notification.

We holds no responsibility on damage or loss of the items and parcels attributed to mishandling of courier service company during transition. In case of any incident or dispute, buyer can always submit claims to the relevant courier company. We can only try our best to package the parcel to avoid such mishandling.


Delivery for Copic Markers and Various Inks Only

All parcels for Copic Markers and Various Inks will be delivered via Pos Laju.

Courier and handling charges for Pos Laju are as per below :
For order that contains loose markers and/or ONE marker set ONLY
RM10.00 (below 500 gram) for Peninsular Malaysia
RM20.00 (below 500 gram) for Sarawak and Sabah

For order that contains MORE THAN ONE marker sets ONLY
RM10.00 + RM5.00/set for Peninsular Malaysia
RM20.00 + RM5.00/set for Sarawak and Sabah
Example : 
Order contains one set of Copic Ciao 24pc and Copic Sketch 12pc Basic Set
Shipping cost would be RM10.00 + RM5.00 + RM5.00 = RM20.00 (Peninsular Malaysia)

Pre-order usually will be shipped the next day after the order has arrived unless there are unexceptional or unforeseeable circumstances or the next day is Public Holidays. In case of unexceptional or unforeseeable circumstances, we will inform you via e-mail.
