Birthday Birdie

Birthday Birdie
Made this card for my department's secretary whose birthday is on this coming Friday. I made a 3"x3" mini card because I am going to insert the card into a transparent gift pouch together with the gift.

Tuesday Morning Sketches #204
Since it is a 3"x3"mini card, space is limited. Thus, I adopt the simply sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches #204 as shown above for this card.

Close-up : The party bird
The party bird is stamped onto a white circle and colored using Copic markers. A purple faux stitching is added to the circle lining.

Close-up : Sentiment
On a yellow card base, the sentiment is stamped to the right bottom corner as shown in the sketch. A purple faux stitching is added to the border of the card.

A pattern strip is attached to the card base as in sketch. Then, the circle is attached onto the pattern strip. The card is finished off with two (2) googly eyes to the party bird.

Dimension : 7.62cm x 7.62cm or 3" x 3"
Type : Vertical fold
Inlay : None
